The company has a very streamlined structure mainly using a network of professionals all operating organized on four levels of expertise: Partners or Senior Partners who individually assume the role of project leader in individual operations, Associate Partners or Senior Managers involved depending on the complexity and specificity of the subject, Senior Specialists with more than 5-7 years of experience and Senior Consultants with at least 5 years of experience.
