ond Advisory Partners is an independent management consulting company specializing in business strategies, organization and internal control systems, based in Rome and also present on Lucca and Turin, focused mainly on Banks, Financial and Insurance.
It was founded by the will of its founding members to propose with renewed energy an independent and highly specialised entity in the management services market, disconnected from unsustainable pricing models and able to combine the strategic vision with the functional and more operational one.
The Company, consisting of experienced professionals from multinationals in the areas of consultancy and auditing, and the supervisory services of Banca d’Italia, combines the established methods and procedures of multinational expertise with the mindset and rigour of banking supervision, as well as practical experience from the operational management of companies.
Each of the members of Beyond’s Board of Directors has held or holds positions in the administration, management and control of undertakings, in particular with banks and financial intermediaries; its main consultants have many years of experience in organisational services and development strategies, on clients at national and international level, with consolidated bases of auditing, company law and corporate finance.
