Our offices offer an informal and relaxed atmosphere with various social rooms that host consultants with heterogeneous and complementary experiences: from business strategies, to organization, finance, accounting and management control, internal control, risk management, compliance, tax, legal and company law systems; among these, Chartered Accountants, Lawyers, Management Engineers.
Every BEYOND team is called to an intense work but working together must be first of all something fun and stimulating for each, as well as, of course, adequately remunerative and mutually satisfying.

Who we are looking for in general
BEYOND is essentially a professional network that brings together mainly professionals with high experience in the services and sectors in which we operate. In fact, unlike the multinationals of consultancy or auditing, our operating model, also for the type of high specialization services that we propose, does not provide for the frequent insertion of junior resources.
We therefore greatly appreciate the skills brought to our teams by colleagues who join BEYOND with previous professional experience. Therefore, BEYOND actively selects year-round experienced professionals for the roles of Associate Partner (AP), Senior Advisor (SA) or Consultant Manager. Years of experience and sectoral expertise help to determine the role for which you should apply for BEYOND.
Our search for collaborators is mainly aimed at professionals, even those who already have personal assignments, consultants, directors, with previous experience in multinational consulting or auditing, in supervisory institutions, banks, financial or insurance intermediaries, with management, administration, finance and control functions also at public or private bodies, with which to create lasting relationships of mutual trust on the basis of shared projects and results.
