STEFANO STRAMIGIOLI – Founding member and CEO, graduated in Economics and International Studies in Financial Performance Management, expert in consulting for the organization and business strategies. After years spent in the network of consulting and auditing he has become Advisor for national and international clients of excellence in strategic-organizational consulting services, internal control systems, risk management and compliance. Over the years he has worked with leading credit institutions, asset management companies and financial institutions for the development of innovative real estate funds, due diligence execution, development of industrial or rehabilitation plans. Expert of the processes of prudential supervision, today he assists above all Banks, BCC, CR, Popular and financial intermediaries of the credit to the consumption and purchase non performing credits (NPLs) in the development of internal policies, organisational models and internal control systems adapted to regulatory sector requirements. He has been lecturer at various business schools and rapporteur in conferences on issues of internal governance and models 231.
RODOLFO CAVALLO – Senior Partner and President, he has a career of over 30 years as Banca d’Italia Inspector and subsequently as Assistant Director General of BANCA ICCRI and BIPIELLE DUCATO, and Managing Director and General of DUCATO SPA. In the 1990s he has structured the first processes in Italy of securitisation of the not performing credits. Registered auditor, he is an expert in capital allocation services and financial resources, also following with particular attention projects of prudential supervision, compliance and control systems. He has also recently held various executive positions with banks and financial intermediaries and has been adviser to the Cassa di Risparmio di Lucca, Pisa and Livorno. He assists our working groups especially in special projects at banks and financial institutions, these operating in the field of consumer credit, disposals of the fifth and personal loans, purchase and management of credits for solute. He is also President of ASD Basket Female “Le Mura”, series A1, Lucca.
FULVIO SCHETTINO – Associate Partner, graduated in Law, has a long and consolidated experience in corporate consulting in the field of company law, tax law, governance and internal controls for large companies, also listed, and multinationals; regularly carries out statutory audit activities with private companies and public entities. He holds positions as administrator, mayor and member of supervisory bodies pursuant to Legislative Degree 231/2001 and has developed considerable experience in relations with supervisory authorities in the fields of social security, insurance and banking. He is a lecturer in Business Management at La Sapienza University of Rome, Department of Computer Engineering, Automation and Management.
ARIANNA DE SILVIO – Founding member and Deputy General Manager, graduated in Economics and Commerce, she is an expert in organizational efficiency and Change management. After nearly 15 years in the multinational consultancy KPMG Advisory has participated in the foundation of BEYOND for which she follows important projects for the development of methodologies and tools of performance analysis, computerization and training through advanced program and project management techniques. In addition to identifying the Company’s controller, she has remarkable experience in computerisation processes, especially in the public sector, health and transport. Between 2005 and 2010 she conducted important projects of a national nature of computerization for the National Health care Service, Trenitalia-Cento Stazioni, Alitalia.
